Running from November 28th to December 6th for its 22nd edition, this festival transforms the city into a wonderful mix of art, exclusive parties and cultural dialogue.
This year’s line-up has 82 films from 31 countries, ready to showcase the diversity of world cinema. The Official Competition shines a spotlight on emerging talent, featuring 14 first or second feature films vying for the coveted Étoile d’Or (Golden Star). The opening and closing galas at the Palais des Congrès are a spectacle of international and Moroccan fashion. It’s the perfect time to witness the city’s inherent glamour.
The “In Conversation With” program offers a rare chance to hear from major industry figures like Jodie Foster and Bong Joon-ho, providing fascinating insights into their craft. Keep an eye out for works from the Atlas Workshops, the festival’s industry arm, which supports new voices from the Arab and African regions.
